About Billy Jalbert

I first fell in love with Maui while vacationing here with my girlfriend, Carla. Year after year we visited the island for windsurfing and surfing vacations, and ultimately we were married in Haiku. After selling my award-winning service business in Silicon Valley, Carla and I began searching for the perfect place to live and raise a family.

We were attracted to Maui's natural beauty and the spirit of ohana. With an ideal outdoor lifestyle, a diverse population and the good friends that we had made over the years coming here, we decided to make Maui our home. We now live in Haiku with our two children Malia and Ryder, a dog, a cat and a pond full of fish. We cherish every moment we spend here. In our free time we enjoy windsurfing, surfing, yoga, mountain biking and an occasional performance at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center with friends.

I decided to take my passion for Maui and commitment to unparalleled customer service into the real estate field. As a successful entrepreneur with a desire to be the best in everything I do, I will work hard to find your dream home, or assist you in the sale of your current home. After eight years in the business, I decided to open the doors of Maui's newest independent real estate brokerage The Maui Real Estate Team. About Martin Lenny

I have lived on Maui since 1985 having come here for a vacation and never leaving. I kept extending my stay for another week which eventually turned into 25 years. Prior to my career in Real Estate I was the General Manager at Mama's Fish House and enjoyed growing the business with the The owners.

Eventually the Real Estate calling won me over and I have been committed to my career for the past 7 years. My love affair with Maui included meeting my beautiful wife, Paula (married for 20 years) and having our 2 wonderful boys, Ridge (13) and Kai (17). I couldn't imagine living anywhere else, Maui is truly No Ka Oi. My passion for Real Estate includes finding properties that best suit my Clients. I am really pleased to be working with Maui Real Estate Team because we are all committed to excellent service, honesty and integrity. About Pete Jalbert

I first visited Maui when my brother Billy and his wife Carla were married. This was the first of many great trips out to Maui. Every year, I came to visit Billy and Carla, and each year it became more and more difficult to leave. After seven great years in Boulder, Colorado, I made the move in August of 2003, trading my skis for a new surfboard. It has been one of the best decisions of my life. I feel very lucky to experience the beauty of Maui and the spirit of Aloha on a daily basis. I am also glad to be close to my brother and his family.

After six year's of workign togehter with Billy as a Realtor, I was proud to join Billy as the first agent of the Maui Real Estate team. I bring a varied background including a Master's Degree in Anthropology/Archaeology and four years in sales and marketing for IBM Global Services. My IBM back ground makes me comfortable with technology and have made it an important part of servicing my clients. I was Maui's first real estate blogger and enjoy sharing my insights on Maui and the local market via our blog. My work and life experiences have taught me the importance of customer service with a core philosophy of do unto others.
