Henry has released a couple of maps with the layout of the subdivision and he has given a tentative starting price of $1,380,000 for lots. Detailed pricing and documentation will be available in the next week to ten days . In terms of the status of the subdivision, grading and filling of lots will be commencing in the next couple of weeks. .
