Henry Spencer released more information on his 16 lot subdivision in Spreckelsville. The subdivision is likely the last to occur on the oceanside of Hana Highway the airport and Hookipa. Henry has released a couple of maps with the layout of the subdivision and he has given a tentative starting price of $1,380,000 for lots. Detailed pricing and documentation will be available in the next week to ten days . In terms of the status of the subdivision, grading and filling of lots will be commencing in the next couple of weeks. .
