Palm Garden Estate Cottage Pictures

Yesterday I posted a number of pictures and a link to a virtual tour from the main house at the Palm Garden Estate. Today, I wanted to show some of the great features of the property cottage. By law, ag zoned lots are allowed 1,000 square foot cottages. I always enjoy seeing how people use that space. The cottage at the Palm Garden Estate has arguably the best use of space I have seen for a 1,000 square foot dwelling. It also continues the use of high quality materials and craftsmanship evident from the main house.

The cottage is two stories with the main living space on the 2nd level and a workshop and garage underneath.
