Maui has had some pretty spectacular weather over the last two days. These are the classic winter days that make you feel so lucky to live on this island. Fortunately, I have been able to get out of the office on both days and do some showings. Yesterday, I had the chance to show some clients the beautiful Ho’olei Condominiums in Wailea. These luxury condos across the street from the Grand Wailea offer top of the line amenities and spectacular views. We previewed a number of units throughout the complex. Towards the end of the showing, the whales decided to put on quite a display. We literally saw well over a dozen whale breaches in a span of ten minutes or less.

Today, I showed our listing out in Haiku. We had a couple of days of rainy weather earlier in the week, but there was not a cloud in the sky over the North Shore this morning. Haleakala was as clear as a bell and all the vegetation was looking vibrant and green from our winter rains. It was just another post card day in paradise. The forecast continues to look promising for this weekend with lots of sun and light to moderate trade winds.
