Upcoming Maui Events

I just wanted to give a head’s up on a few events coming up on Maui in June. June is typically a busy month on Maui with some great festivals and other events popular with visitors and kama’aina.

On the First Weekend in June, The Hawaii PV Coalition will be hosting its Fifth Annual House of the Rising Sun Solar Tour. The tour highlights private residences and businesses that implement photo voltaic systems and other green technologies. It is a great opportunity for prospective PV users to have questions answered on a variety of subjects ranging from the technical to tax write offs. You can register online now at the Hawaii PV website.

The Maui Film Festival at Wailea is rapidly approaching. The festival runs from June 16-20th this year with events and films scheduled from the Maui Arts and Cultural Center to Wailea. Those who like to plan ahead will be rewarded. Discount tickets are available online for the Taste of Wailea, the Celestial Cinema and the various passes that grant you access to multiple events. Information on tickets and trailers for some of the featured films are available online in the Maui Film Festival Newsletter.

The Kapalua Wine and Food Festival is another premier event scheduled for June that is a big hit with residents and visitors alike. This four day affair runs from June 24th-28th. The festival features a golf tournament, tastings, culinary exhibitions, The Kapalua Seafood Festival and more. Festival packages and individual event tickets are available online at the Kapalua Website.

If you have been trying to figure out a time to come look at Maui property, June is a great time to visit. Contact us today for assistance or additional information.
