1031 of the Week-Maui Banyan

People frequently send us inquiries about vacation rental condos on Maui that cash flow. The simple truth of the matter is that it is extremely difficult to cash flow condos on Maui unless you have a significant down payment or you purchased the condo three or more years ago. Condos have appreciated at a far greater rate than rents have increased.
