The Baccarat grand opening sales event was held last week. Reports from the event were that most of the demand was for the premium units that were available (beachfront / large suites). This report jibes with the state of the current Maui Real Estate market; Luxury / Premium properties appear to be the most resilient.
I received an update of available units today from the sales group. There are 65 units available and they range from a beachfront 3 bedroom 3.5 bath suite with its own plunge pool for $8.96 million to a 1 bedroom central-resort unit with its own plunge pool for $1.836 million.
