Mana’o Radio will be hosting its second annual BarryFest tomorrow Sunday March 2nd at the old Maui Zoo in Kahului. BarryFest is an all day concert/ benefit that celebrates the station’s sixth anniversary and pays tribute to the station’s founder Barry Shannon who passed away last year. Barry Fest will feature musical performances by John Cruz, Willie K, the Manao Radio Orchestra, the Voodoo Suns, Gypsy Pacific, Lawa, Joe Cano and Dr. Nat and the The Haiku Hillbillies. Gates open at 10:30 and the show opens at 5:00. The old Maui Zoo is located across from War Memorial Stadium on Kanaloa Avenue. Tickets are $20 and $10 for keiki under 12 and Kupuna over 65. Pack your sunscreen and your dancing shoes. This should be a fun event on another beautiful day on Maui.
