The weather over the last few days have been fantastic in Maui. After a December that was a little rainier and windier than usual, it has been nice to return to the bright sunshine and light breezes that make our winter weather so appealing. The lack of clouds has also meant for crisp cool nights that are ideal for sleeping. This good weather is predicted to continue through Friday. We are also predicted to see some rather large surf appearing on the North and West Shores of Maui by some time tomorrow evening. Surf heights are forecast to approach high surf warning levels with wave faces exceeding 25 feet on selected outer reefs and surf breaks. Enjoy the sunshine and stay safe if you venture into the big surf!
