Big Surf and Beautiful Weather

The holiday weekend will continue our streak of spectacular weather we have been having on island. A high pressure system has blocked any of the storms that have been forming over the North Pacific from dropping down into Hawaii. This pattern has meant a whole lot of sunshine for over a month. It has also meant a consistent pattern of large to gigantic surf on the North Shore of Maui. The national weather service has a high surf warning through Sunday. I hope everyone has a great and safe New Year’s weekend.
