The Dalai Lama wrapped up his visit on Maui yesterday. It was a pretty special event for all parties. Billy and I took a few hours off from work to see him speak at War Memorial Stadium in Kahului. His message, compassion, kindness, understanding and forgiveness transcended religions. His intellect and humor were as impressive as his message.
Billy’s wife Carla was one of the official photographers for the event. She captured some great images. Carla should have some more pictures of the Dalai Lama posted on the site soon.
