The Haiku Hill subdivision is located in Northwest Haiku. The 37 lots in the subdivision are zoned agricultural with a minimum lot size of two acres. The neighborhood has developed over time to become one of the nicest in all of Haiku. It is valued for its views, weather and proximity to Haiku Town and Ho’okipa Beach Park. Built on and around Haiku Hill, most homes in the neighborhood have impressive ocean or Haleakala Views. The homes that are located at the very top of hill have arguably the best views in all of Haiku with jaw dropping vistas of the West Maui Mountains and the North Shore Coastline. Sales in the neighborhood have ranged from around $1,000,000 to $3,000,000. That said, there have been no recent sales of homes located on the very top of the Hill. I would imagine they may be able to fetch a higher premium.
