Hana Properties

I always like to keep an eye on the current inventory of Hana Properties. Part of that stems from clients who inquire about the area, part of it is due to the fact I just think Hana and the surrounding communities are so beautiful. The steep slopes of Haleakala, verdant forests, rolling pasture, dramatic water falls, unique beaches and seclusion combine to make this corner of the island a special place. Over the last few months, I have been taking note of the growth in quality properties available in Hana and throughout East Maui. Here is a list of some Hana properties that have caught my eye.

Waianapanapa State Park in Hana

Lot across the street from the ocean– This lot is right across the street from Waikaloa Beach on Hana Bay. The property is nearly half an acre and boasts nice ocean views through the trees. Luxury condos in Hana– Typically when people think of luxury resort condominiums on Maui, they think of Wailea, Kapalua or Ka’anapali. Hana offers a different option. The condos at the Hotel Hana Resort and Spa offer high end finishing, beautiful views and access to the resort and spa’s amenities. It may be a great option for the buyer who wants luxury, but is looking for a quieter and more secluded get away. Hotel Hana Condos View

Big acreage in Nahiku-This is probably the lowest priced property on Maui on a cost per acre standpoint. This two bed cottage is situated on almost 92 acres out in Nahiku. There is plenty of room to roam and expand on this property that is located only an hour and ten minutes from Paia town. This property is offered through Fred Haywood Realty for $799,995.
