Hokulani Golf Villas-Homes Available!

Hokulani Golf Villas is a new upscale development slated to break ground in Kihei over the next couple of months. The development will feature 152 stand alone condominium homes next to and on the Elleair Golf Course. Community ammenities will include a recreational pavillion with infinity pool, spa and barbecue grills. Perched at the toe of Haleakala volcano, the development has great views of the Pacific, neighbor islands, the West Maui mountains and Haleakala itself. The homes will offer the convenience of condominium living with the privacy of single family homes. There are 6 models to choose from including both 2 stories and one story floorplans. Size of the structures range from roughly 1,800 to 2,500 square feet of living space plus lanai space. There are both 2 and 3 bedroom units available with all units having a den as well. The architecture team of Riecke Sunnland and Kono drew heavily from the concepts of Hawaii’s great architect C.W. Dickey. Dickey always placed a premium on high ceilings and extensive lanai space to keep good air floor and to encourage indoor/outdoor living. This is reflected in the design of the homes of Hokulani.

There are currently 30 preconstruction homes available for purchase at Hokulani Golf Villas. Pricing ranges from $1,544,000 to $1,205,000. The developer is represented by Aina Maui Properties. Billy and I can represent you as buyer’s agents. Contact us today for additional information on this exciting new golf course development in South Maui. This is a great opportunity for those that have dreamed of owning a home in a golf course community. If you are planning to retire in Maui over the next couple of years, line up your dream property now!
