Honua Kai is a new development from Intrawest planned in the Kaanapali area. It was one of the featured properties in our article on New Developments on Maui in the Coconut Chronicles. Honua Kai will be be beachfront with over 700 units planned between two towers and three town home clusters. It appears that reservations to purchase units will start to be taken at some point this summer with the slight possibility that this may backslide to the fall. There will be roughly 300 units released in the first phase of the development.
