Ho’olei Wailea Maui
There are four new communities that have been offered to the public this year at the Wailea Resort. Kai Malu, Papali, Wailea Beach Villas and Ho’olei. Ho’olei is a new townhome complex to be constructed across from the Grand Wailea and the Four Seasons Wailea. The propery is surrounded on three sides by the Wailea Blue Course.
There will 20 buildings with 6 two story townhome units per building. There are three separate floor plans with living space ranging in size between 2554 square feet and 3293 square feet. As a Kuleana member you also get preferred pricing for other amenities including spa treatment, food and beverage. For golfers, Ho’olei residents get golf priveliges at the three Wailea courses.
