Ka’anapali Coffee Farms just released 13 lots for sale ranging from 4 to 7 acres on the hillside above Ka’anapali. The actual homesites / building envelopes are approximately 1 acre and are surrounded by a working coffee farm. Each homeowner will be allowed to build a main house, an accessory farm dwelling and a farm shed. Homeowners will then lease the remaining lands back to the farm which will be managed by seasoned coffee farming veterans. The idea is similar to the nascent Peahi Farms subdivision in Haiku although the Kaanapali Coffee Farm is more focused and specialized.
