Kapalua Place is the one and only beachfront residential development in the Kapalua Resort. This small gated community located on the sands of Oneloa Beach consists of only 8 home sites. Five of the home sites are directly above the beach, while the other three are across the street from the beach. Lots are spacious with land areas ranging from .6 to 1.7 acres. The limited numbers of homes in the neighborhood and true beach and oceanfront properties in Kapalua combined with high end builds results in premium prices.
