This page shows the current active Maui MLS listings for Kula 200 Homes. Despite its name, Kula 200 is actually located in Pukalani. Don’t worry it confuses a lot of people. It confuses realtors enough that you see Kula 200 listings occasionally classified as Kula and Makawao too. It is right next to the border of all three communities. Regardless of the town town it is located, this is a great Upcountry location. Not too hot, not too cold. It receives just enough rain to keep things green throughout most of the year. It is close to shopping in both Makawao and Pukalani. Central Maui is less than 20 minutes away. Baldwin Beach Park is 20 minutes or less. It is within 10 minutes of a number of the island’s best private schools.
Kula 200 is an agricultural subdivision. That means lots of at least two acres and that the zoning allows for the potential to have a cottage in addition to the main home. Developed in the 1970s, the neighborhood is well established with mature trees. The location, the climate and the lot size has made this a very desirable neighborhood for Kama’aina home buyers over the years. Home prices start around $1,000,000 and range up to over $2,500,000.
