The Maui County Council granted approvals for zonig changes and community plan ammedments necessary for Henry Spencer’s subdivision. The project had previously gone through the county land use council. The changes are next scheduled to go through Mayor Alan Arakawa’s desk. After mayor approval, the project will need to get special management area (SMA) approval in order for lots to go in sale. It is anticipated that this will occur sometime in early to mid-August.
