Maui County will be hosting its Energy Expo with a theme of “Green Power, Green Future” tomorrow through Friday at the Grand Wailea Resort and Spa. The event will look at green power from a county wide level and a household level. Companies and individuals from around the island that are taking steps to reduce the islands dependence on outside energy sources and those that are making efforts to reduce carbon footprint. There was a good writeup on some of the renewal energy efforts in last week’s Maui Time.
