We added some new features to MauiRealEstate.com today. An unfortunate by product of the current economic climate has been an increase in foreclosure properties and short sales. We are seeing a growing number of short sale and foreclosure sales, and we are fielding more inquiries on these types of listings. In response, we have created a new page that allows you to browse the current inventory of Maui Foreclosures listed on the MLS. We also created a page with all of the current Maui Short Sale Inventory. Last but not least, our Maui MLS search page allows you to execute a more refined search for Foreclosures and/or Short Sales.
