The start of the new year has brought a lot of prognostication on the real estate market. While you will find a huge variety of opinions as to the direction of the Maui Real Estate Market, at least one group is bullish on Maui in 2008. I came across an article from Housing Predictor.com that was projecting the ten markets most likely to see appreciation. Maui was third on the list right behind Salem, Oregon and Bismarck, North Dakota. I would file this under the category of one man’s opinion. That being said, it does raise one question. Where would you rather be in 2008? Maui, Hawaii or Bismarck, North Dakota?
