Before I left for vacation, I did a post on some of our listings that stand out in the market. I was remiss in not mentioning a few more of our listings.
If I were to tell you we had a listing on a 1/2 acre with great views, a 3 bed/ 2 bath house with attached in law’s quarters, a pool, hot tub and a separate guest cottage, I would imagine you might view this as a million dollar property. Our great listing in Pukalani is a great opportunity at $865,000. It is hard to find a property that offers so much in this price range.
Among the properties on the market that offers subdivision potential, Billy’s listing with 20.5 acres in Haiku is a real standout.
