Last week, we were able to get a professional photographer up to our listing at 2645 Alohia Place in Haiku, Maui. This three bed/2 bath home really is a fantastic property. Up to this point, we have had a tough time conveying all of the best elements of the property through our own photos. The pro photographer’s efforts do a much better job of capturing why this is a special property. You can check out the virtual tour here. I have included a few additional photos below.

This three bedroom/two bath home really shines in the photos above just as it does in person. The interior includes bamboo floors, an elegant and functional kitchen with new stainless appliances and a master suite with a walk-in closet and its own private lanai. Other amenities include a home office, a bonus room and bath connected to the main house by a covered breezeway, an outdoor shower and a free standing two car garage. The vistas from the home may be the best amenity. That may also be the one element we still haven’t quite capture even with a pro photographer’s touch. The West Maui Mountains, the east end of Molokai, Kahakuloa, Haiku Hill and a whole lot of the big blue Pacific combine to create a stunning panorama. Two covered lanai and big windows invite you to take in the scenery whether you are inside or out. The home is situated at the end of a quiet country road. It has a pastoral feel and setting, yet it is within walking distance to Haiku town and less than 10 minutes to Hookipa Beach Park. If that’s not enough, the owner built a really cool pump track in the back, it can either stay, or be leveled for the new owner.

This is a residential condominium. This post card perfect Haiku property sold. Contact the Maui Real Estate Team for assistance finding other Haiku Homes for Sale.
