North Shore Market Stand Outs

Our current Maui Real Estate market is resulting in an increase in the number of motivated sellers. As a result, you are seeing some properties that are standing out below recent comps and in some cases below replacement value. Here are three recent price reductions that stand out in the North Shore of Maui Market.
