The Realtors Association of Maui published their official Maui Real Estate Statistics for the Month of August today. There was very little change from the Unofficial Stats that I posted at the beginning of the week. I noticed that there were three additional home sales captured and condo and land sales were the same as in my previous post. The official stats of course offers the additional granularity of looking at individual Maui communities and they provide historical data going back to 2003. Of note, this is the slowest month for sales dating back to January 2003. Without further ado, here are the official August statistics.
