Official November Maui Real Estate Statistics

I have been preoccupied with blogging our new listings. As a result, I have been slow to get around to posting the official Realtors Association of Maui Statistics for November. There are not too many differences between what I posted in the Unofficial November Real Estate Statistics. There was one additional condo sale bringing our total up to 29 sold on the month. The official condo median also came in a lower than what I had originally calculated. The official median sales price for condos is $399,000. The official stats also provide community level statistics, historical numbers dating back to January of 2003 and a pretty good commentary by Terry Tolman the chief executive of RAM.
