A collection of Paia merchants and galleries will be hosting FAME Friday tomorrow night. Fame is short for fashion, art, music and entertainment. On the West end of Paia town, The Paia Contemporary Gallery will be holding extended hours until 9:00 PM. The gallery features a variety of locally based contemporary artist. It is really a beautiful space and worth checking out if you are on town.
On the east end of Paia town, the shops and galleries of 147 Hana Highway will be having a special event from 6:00-9:00 PM. Da Vine Art will be featuring the artwork of Laura Mango and Anna Keay. The Sutrov Gallery will be hosting a painting demonstration. Last but not least, Indigo will be showcasing its new collection of Jewelry from India. The very talented and soulful Karen B will be providing musical entertainment. Of course you will also have the opportunity to peruse their collection of Hawaiian Rugs and other imports.
