Paia Gives

The merchants of our favorite little town on Maui’s North Shore are starting a new holiday tradition this year. Paia will be hosting its first annual Paia Gives event on December 8th. It sounds like a great event that will combine philanthropy and holiday shopping. Our friends over at Indigo sent over the following press release.

The Paia Merchants Association is proud to invite all of Maui to Paia Gives: An Evening of Giving & Holiday Shopping. This special event will take place on December 8th from 6-9 p.m.

Beginning the day after Thanksgiving, participating Paia merchants will be selling raffle tickets in an effort to raise money for a variety of charities, and each merchant will be offering a generous giveaway in an effort to bring out customers to support this event. In addition to the raffle, merchants will be hosting assorted special events.

Please help us in assisting these charity organizations during the holiday season, and to show your support for those merchants who help to make this happen. While all of Paia will be lit up in holiday celebration, your support of those merchants who have decided to participate in the charity raffle is especially requested.

The Paia Merchants Association hopes to make this an annual event, but public support is crucial to make this happen. So please join us in Paia on December 8th from 6-9 p.m., and help us make this special event truly successful.
