Peahi Farms

Please note this is an older post. Peahi Farms has subdivision approval and the lots are now listed through Coldwell Banker Island Properties. The Jalbert brother’s may represent interested parties as buyer’s agents.

Peahi Farms is a development that has been featured in a Coconut Chronicles articles on Haiku and new developments on Maui. This 16 home community is an exciting development incorporating agricultural sustainability, renewable resources, a beautiful setting along the cliffs of Haiku and luxury. Peahi Farms was pulled from the market as the developers waited for subdivision approval for the property. While final approval has not been granted, it appears probable that it will occur sometime between now and the end of the year. It is likely that the project will come on the market sometime within that time frame. While not set in stone, it appears that lots will run from $1.2 million to $2.95 million.
