Kula 1800 Investment Partners has started plans for a new subdivision in the Kula area of Maui’s Upcountry. The group purchased 1841 acres off of Pulehu Road in March. Kula 1800 would like to subdivide the large parcel in to 86 agriculturally zoned lots. The 86 lots would include 28 five acre parcels, 31 fifteen acre parcels, 18 twenty five acre parcels, 8 forty acre parcels and one 340 acre parcel. The project at this point is at initial planning stages. It will need to be engineered and designed prior to going through the county approval process. We will be keeping our ears open for new news on this proposed development as it progresses further in the planning process.

Better late than never. September proved to be a busy month for me, which made it hard to get around to the monthly market update
