Saturday at the Maui Film Festival

Saturday is full of events at the film festival. The highlights include taste of Wailea, Celebrity tributes to Mike Meyers and Helen Hunt and the Celestial Cinema. The Taste of Wailea will be held at The Celestial Cinema location on the Gold and Emerald courses starting at 4:30 pm. The menu come will be prepared by some of Wailea and Maui’s finest chefs. There will also be a Bombay Martini Bar as well as a wine bar. Attendees of the Taste have the option to purchase tickets for the Celebrity Tribute or the Celestial Cinema double header. The tribute to be held at the Wailea Marriott Ballroom at 8:00 will honor two of Hollywood’s brightest stars in Mike Meyers and Helen Hunt. The feature films at the Celestial Cinema will be “Marilyn Hotchkiss Ballroom Dancing and Charmschool” at 8:00 followed by “Happy Endings” at 10:00.
