Skill Village is a neighborhood of modest homes about a mile uphill from downtown Paia. It is located between the old Paia Sugar Mill and Paia Elementary School. The bulk of the homes in the neighborhood were built largely in the 1980s. It offers some of the lowest priced housing options for people who would like to live in the Paia area. Lots in the neighborhood are typically less than 7,500 square feet. Some of the homes in the community have nice ocean views.
