Beyond its activities, Kihei is a diverse town with a mix of locals, transplants and a steady stream of tourist traffic. Tourists flock to area hotels and the many vacation rentable condos. In fact, Kihei real estate in of itself is somewhat synonymous with condos; however there are also a lot of beautiful homes for sale in Kihei.

Ma’alaea Real Estate
Whale watching is one of the more exciting activities on Maui. Every winter these gentle giants migrate to the warm waters around Maui. It is a fantastic sight to behold when Maui’s humpbacks perform their acrobatics. Ma’alaea harbor is the main departure point for winter whale watching on Maui.
Ma’alaea is also home to Maui’s world class aquarium the Maui Ocean Center. Visitors and locals alike flock to Ma’alaea to see the aquariums wonderful displays filled with Hawaii’s beautiful marine life. For surfers, summertime south swells mean that the Ma’alaea Freight Trains e will be breaking just outside the harbor. It is a treat to watch skilled surfers race down the face of “the fastest wave in the world.”

Makena & Wailea Real Estate
Wailea is a name synonymous with luxury. The Wailea and Makena area offers spectacular resort living with beautiful beaches, challenging golf courses, fine dining and first class shopping.
While the grounds and landscaping of the Wailea Resort are spectacular, the area’s natural setting is also quite beautiful. Wailea and Makena are on the Southwest Side of Haleakala Volcano, which blocks most of the weather, keeping the area sun-kissed and warm. There are numerous small beautiful beaches as well as the big beautiful expanse of Makena Beach also known as Big Beach.
