Standing out within the Market

One of the most important jobs as a Realtor is to know and understand your local market. In order to know the inventory, we are constantly scanning the multiple listing service or mls reviewing properties. Within the mls listings, there are certain properties that stand out above the rest. While it is hard to remove one’s biases, I can say that a number of our listings are shining stars in the market.

When it comes to beachfront listings, our new listing in Spreckelsville has a lot to offer. With 150 lineal feet of beachfront, 2 beautiful homes and almost a half acre of grounds, this property is distinguished within the market place.

Our oceanfront listing, The Pali Makai Estate is another property that shines when you search the MLS. This magnificent estate has 5.8 acres, stunning views and a beautiful home built with the highest attention to detail and the best materials. You would not be able to replace this home in this type of setting at its current list price of $3,995,000.

Our beautiful Condominium Home in Haiku has received a lot of interest. This spacious home has an acre area of exclusive use, 2600 square feet of living space, a great floor plan and beautiful finishing. You would be hard pressed to find a home that offers as much room and quality under $1,000,000 on the North Shore or Upcountry areas of Maui.

Finding a home within walking distance of the beach is pretty tough under $500,000. We have 2 condominium homes in Paia listed for under $500,000 and a third listed at just over $500,000. These cute homes with hardwood floors and granite tile kitchen counters are a short walk to Mama’s Beach and Mama’s Fish House. The two under $500,000 are the lowest priced homes in Paia!

These are just some of the great opportunities we have listed waiting for the right buyers! Click here to see more of our featured listings.
