Taste of the North Shore

The Taste of North Shore is back!! Maui’s biggest little party is slated to take place on September 29th, 2007 from 5:30pm to 10:00pm under the full moon and starry skies of the Beach Park in Pa’ia. Building upon the enormous success of our first two Taste of North Shore fundraising events, this year’s “Taste” will again deliver an eclectic offering of Maui’s fine cuisine & drinks, musical acts which will include the Hula Honeys and the Voodoo Suns and a massive silent auction. Our last Taste of North Shore sold out while raising over $25,000 for the kids – the proceeds were used to improve and expand the Pa’ia Youth and Cultural Center’s numerous youth programs.

WHAT: Taste of North Shore – a benefit for the Pa’ia Youth and Cultural Center – a non-profit organization. The North Shore’s finest restaurants, wine, beer, silent auction and live music!

WHEN: Saturday, September 29th, 2007. 5:30pm – 10:00pm.

WHERE: Pa’ia Beach Park – on Hana Highway in Pa’ia.

WHO: An adult only event – over 21.

TICKETS: $50.00 – Taste all you want, cash bar, live music.

In advance: Available at Mana Foods, The Wine Corner and Anthony’s Coffee in Pa’ia.
The kids at the Pa’ia Youth and Cultural Center are building community, learning and gaining confidence as they experience all that the PYCC offers – including the Stone Wave skate park, computer lab, multimedia program, youth radio station KOPO-LP, 89.5 and the Pa’ia Bay Café. A strong fund raising event will help us continue and expand our program offerings. This is a great opportunity to support Maui’s Youth!

For more information about the PYCC please call 579-8354, email admin@pyccmaui.org or visit their website.
