We recently had a video tour shot for our Plantation Style Listing in Wailuku. It is a 3 bed/1.5 bath home on an oversized lot. The lot is large enough that zoning would allow for a second structure on the property. It is also in a great location just 5 houses up from One Main Plaza and a short drive to the Iao Valley.
The video starts by showing a shot of the beautiful Iao Needle and Iao Stream located 5 minutes up the road. The video then seques to a shot of the house, the entry and living area, a bedroom, the kitchen, the full bathroom, another bedroom and one last shot of the living area. You are then able to see some of the backyard with a variety of tropical flowers and fruits as well as a great little gazebo area.
