West Kuiaha Meadows is 16 lot gated subdivision in Haiku. It is just a short distance from the Pauwela Cannery and a little over five minutes from the Haiku Town Center. Paia and Makawao town are less then 15 minutes away. Homes in the neighborhood are priced from a little over $1,000,000 to well over $2,000,000 depending in part on size, finishing and views. Lot sizes range from a little over two acres to five and a half acres. Most properties in the neighborhood have ocean views. The neighborhood is serviced by a private water system.
