If you are looking for something to do on the North Shore this weekend, head over to the Haiku Community Center for the Ho’olaule’a and Flower Festival. Ho’olaule’a is Hawaiian for festival. This annual event runs from 9:00 AM-3:30PM on Saturday. It is the main fund raiser for Haiku Elementary school.

This event offers plenty for everyone. Food is provided by local vendors like Consuelo’s Catering, Fiesta Time, Pauwela Cafe, Taro Burger Co., Mana Foods, Paia Fish Market, Milagros, Hana Hou Cafe, Haiku Groceries and Kula Produce. Music and entertainment will include performers Sabrina & Pat, Hui Lanikila Hula Halau, Pekelo, North Shore Buzz, Conscious Healing, Gail Swanson and more!

Games and other activities will be available for kids including a book swap, bouncy castles, face painting, a floral design contest, lei contest, and various art activities. Fund raising activities at the event will include a silent auction and a Haiku School produce market selling plants, produce and cut flowers. Come out to the Haiku Community Center and have a good time for a good cause.
